Color Management – Axis Control with Axis Control Reporting Tool
Benefits: Color consistency throughout the entire run. We are able to show clients the variance in (Delta E) from every pull the press operator makes. Delta E is the measurement between two colors. The smallest Delta E variance that is seen by the naked eye is 1.0, we automatically color correct within .10 of a Delta E.
Varo Dampening Unit – The dampening form roller is slowed down by 12%
Benefits: Slowing down the dampening form means less hickey concerns. It removes particles off of the plate and circulates them out of the printing process. This equals better quality printing and a more consistent product for our clients.

Benefits: A shorter path to the plate means a faster reaction time to ink adjustments. By applying over 85% of the ink on the first form roller we are able to achieve better solids and have less ghosting concerns. Zero Stop Oscillation allows us to save time coming back up to color on press checks and waste fewer sheets. The Automated Ink Monitoring System reduces the use and waste of ink by 20%.
